Action list from JF Installation meeting - 24 january 2008

Installation Schedule :
 - the 15 of may the JFC1 side C shall be installed
 - the 23rd of may the JFC1 side A shall be installed
 
A-frame :
 - final drawings for the reinforcement shall be finalised soon to start the production process (Erik)
 - Revision of the Feet and the interface with the JFC1 shall start. (Erik)
 - survey of the current A-frames (Done, 25 January)
 - Machining : Raphael is investigating the possibility to machine the A-frame at CERN with 
   portable milling machines.
 - Produce a calculation note for SC with the final design. (Dimi)
 
HF Truck :
 - Check the possibility to installed the JFC1 with the compressed truck. (Pietr)
 - Check the access of the truck with the surface crane (Pietr)
 - Check the possibility to store the HF truck on USA side during the Big Wheels movement (Pietr)
 
Bridge-JFC1
 - The installation of JFC1 requires a positioning at a level of few millimetres in X and Z direction. 
   Such precision can not be reached with the air pad system, this is why a additional mechanism at 
   the level of the rails of the truck shall be studied. (Jan)
 - The manipulation with the crane of the JFC1 requires the installation of lifting lugs. 
   (heavy pieces, time consuming in a hot area). A quick connection would be well come. (Albert)
 - In function of the what Albert will find, integration of the system and possible machining will 
   be define in the design office (to be define)
 - Interfaces with the A-frame and Monobloc shall be studied taking into account the positioning the JFC1. 
   (to be defined)
 
JFC2, JFC3, octogonal pieces
 - Check the access with the hook (Pietr)
 - Review the interfaces with the JFC1 and design some guiding system to ease the installation. 
   Check also if quick connections with the crane can be used. (to be defined)
 - Fill the plane in between the shielding element. (to be defined)
