Due to some problem in the CAD model few plates needs to be cut. (Dimi, Wim, Alain) - Vito and Armen will assist Alain for the preparation work in building 180. JFC1 : - The concept of the positioning system in between the monobloc and the JFC1 is validated. An adjustable Z stopper inside the X stopper will be integrated.(Petr) - It has been decided that both JFC1 side A and C will be identical. The seismic stoppers will position offseted to the nominal position by an averal value of 25 mm. - Prepare drawings for machining of the JFC1. (Petr) - Prepare drawings for drilling Monobloc (Petr) and send the information to Francois Butin (Raphael). - The access of the lifting lugs of JFC1 in the cavern shall be validated with a study. Check the space available for the nacelle. Define which nacelle is needed. Verify the access. (Petr) - The conflict with the beam pipe support has been solved partialy with the machining of the to of JFC1 (Christian). - The level of Radiation to connect the lifting lug is around 30/40 microSv/h. It is therefore worth checking for a fast connection system on the JFC1. Order of special 45T DEHA lifting system to prepare a connection test (Dimi). Finilized the drawing (Jan) and order the rod for the tension test (Dimi). Platform : - the grease pad system, - the positionning pins in the middle of the grease pad has been validated. - Finilized the design of the friction surface and order necessary materials (Jan & Raphael) - Contact survey team for work preparation in b180 (Raphael) - The positionning stoppers on the HF truck for the extension platform shall be detailled. (Jan) - Give to William the assembly drawing for work preparation (Jan & Raphael) Jacks : - It has been agreed that due to the possible angle between the jacks and the contact surface of the JFS hexagonal pieces, swivel heads need to be integrated at the extremity of the piston. The design of the Jack extension shall be finalised (Jan). The order the materials (cylinder) and accessories (swivel heads) will be done by Raphael. Procedure : - The consequence of the offset shall be studied in term of conflict between HF truck and EO chambers. (Tatiana/Petr)
